Once you’ve completed your purchase, we will send you an Order Confirmation email.

Do you offer a Warranty?

Yes, every piece of syddel is covered by our two year warranty from the date of purchase against all manufacturing defects.

How do i return my item?

Our returns period is currently 30 working days and starts from the date you receive your order.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@syddel.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
