Refund Policy

At Syddel, customer satisfaction is a top priority. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please review the policy below:

Eligibility & Condition Requirements
Your item must be returned in original condition — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging — along with a valid proof of purchase. No refunds will be issued for unapproved returns.

Refund Request Window
Refund requests must be made within 100 days of receiving the item. Late requests may not be accepted.

Requesting a Refund
To initiate, email us at contact@syddel.com. If approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label and detailed return instructions. Sending your item without prior approval will invalidate the refund request.

Inspection & Approval Process
Upon receipt, we will inspect your return to confirm eligibility. You will be notified via email confirming whether your refund has been approved or denied.

Refund Issuance & Timing
Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method. It generally takes between 5 to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund .

Shipping Fees & Store Credits
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Syddel error.
Sale, discounted items, and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for refunds. We may offer store credit in select cases of dissatisfaction.

Partial Refund Circumstances
Partial refunds may be issued when items are returned damaged, missing components, or worn (outside of inspection), at our discretion.

Shipping & Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. Syddel cannot refund or reship orders undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. For damaged, faulty, or incorrect items, contact us immediately at contact@syddel.com. We will resolve the issue promptly and fairly.
